Rates and Policy

Facilitated negotiations provide opportunities to make concessions in order to resolve disputes. Fees are for two (2) party mediations. If there are more than two (2) parties, a flat rate per additional party is added. 

Full Day 6 hours (10am-4pm)* 

Half Day 3 hours (10am or 1pm start time) * 

1 hour Mediation Consultation* (flexibility to help MAP out a plan or work out other concerns)

*excludes travel time

Accounts are divided equally among the parties unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. All accounts are due and payable when rendered. Overdue accounts bear interest at 10% per annum, calculated and payable monthly.

If the cancellation is prior to 15 business days before the scheduled event, then there will be no cancellation fee.  If the cancellation is within 15 days of the date scheduled, a fee of 50% of the fee for the time booked, plus tax will be charged to the party requesting the cancellation, unless otherwise agreed.

The cancellation fee will be waived if the same matter is rebooked.
